As a designer, I strive to make original and compelling work. By trying to learn more of what technology is available on the web, and by working with it, I hope to be able to get a better intuitive grasp of the possibilities for web design. I also use this approach to print material. I hope to take the best of what I have learned in school, combined with both traditional and new methods and use this in my design work.

I am currently a design student at the University of Alberta, with 4 years of design experience. I will be graduating in the spring of 2011 with a Bachelor of Design. In addition to design classes, I took a number of courses focused on printmaking, and on computer science. I enjoy printmaking a great deal, and often work in design and printmaking feed back into one another and inform other choices.

This portfolio is home to some of the design work I've been doing outside of school, as well as some few selections of student work. My focus is on graphic design, with an emphasis on web design and print design. I have also included a small selection of photography and a few personal projects as well.
